Our commitment
Intravyn wants vehivyn.intravyn.com to be accessible to as many people as possible. We aim for the relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA criteria and build with semantic headings, labelled controls, visible focus, keyboard operation, readable contrast, responsive layouts and zoom support.
Accessibility features
- Consistent header, navigation, page titles and document contents links.
- Forms with programmatic labels, required-state text and accessible error messages.
- Cookie choices that can be reached and operated by keyboard and do not rely on colour alone.
- Legal documents that reflow on small screens and include print-friendly styles.
- Plain-language descriptions and meaningful link text.
Known limitations
Vehivyn has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. Some complex application tables, charts or third-party rendered content may need further improvement. The production accessibility and assistive-technology test pass remains part of launch verification.
If you cannot access information or complete a task, email support@intravyn.com. Tell us the page, device and assistive technology involved if you can. We will provide a reasonable accessible alternative and investigate the underlying issue.
Feedback and complaints
We welcome accessibility feedback at support@intravyn.com. We aim to acknowledge genuine accessibility reports promptly, although no fixed support response time is promised. You may also seek independent advice or use the applicable UK equality-law complaint route.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 7 September 2026 from a code, keyboard, responsive-layout and automated accessibility review of the marketing experience. It will be reviewed after material design changes and after the independent pre-launch assessment.
